We understand how difficult it is for each of us all throughout the World at present. Please note that we have experienced no change to the speed at which we can despatch your item from our warehouse BUT all Domestic and International mail and freight carriers are experiencing significant delays in getting your order to you within pre-COVID timeframes. Therefore, please expect your order to arrive within 10-15 Business days after its’ placement. Ziporah Lifestyle will ship your order from our warehouses in either Sydney or Melbourne, Australia. We dispatch Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Standard delivery is typically 3-10 business days after placement of your order. Depending on your location, in 90% of cases your order will be received well before this estimate. If our warehouse is closed for any other reason, our website will note this in a Page banner; seen on every website page.

In the unusual event that an ordered item becomes unavailable-or we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason-we will notify you within 2 business days.

A tracking number will be forwarded to you (via SMS or email) once your order has been dispatched. Please use this number to track the progress of your order.

All orders from this site are sent via a National postal service or via a private courier Company.

Ziporah Lifestyle understands how valuable your order is and we place great importance on delivery security. Therefore, all orders require a signature upon delivery so please choose a daytime delivery address where someone is over the age of 18 years can sign for your delivery. Our couriers offer a door-to-door service. 

Couriers do not leave parcels unattended unless you have clearly noted otherwise when placing your order (via the Special Instruction/Notes section during Check-out).


Ziporah Lifestyle does not ship to PO Boxes. 

Typical delivery times expected are:

  • Melbourne + Sydney: approximately 1-3 Business Days
  • Adelaide + Brisbane: approximately 2-5 Business Days
  • Perth + Darwin: approximately 3-7 Business Days
  • New Zealand: approximately 8-10 Business Days
  • All areas outside these metro locations please allow up to 8-10 business days.

Delivery timeframes provided by Ziporah Lifestyle are an estimate only and Ziporah Lifestyle will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you through any delay in delivery. We always aim to do our best but there may be some instances where we cannot foresee delivery delays!


Ziporah Lifestyle has a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 for goods being delivered anywhere in Australia.

New Zealand customers are charged a flat rate of $24 per delivery to anywhere in New Zealand.

All orders over $200 qualify for free standard delivery within Australia and New Zealand.

Ziporah Lifestyle does not anticipate any import duties or charges to our Australian customers as we warehouse and dispatch directly from Sydney or Melbourne.

New Zealand Customers: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to Customs brokerage fees, import Duties, and Taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the delivery recipient because we have no control over these Government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local Customs office for information.

We always aim to ship your order within 2 business days. Shipping is calculated via weight and charged accordingly. 

If you do not receive your order within 10-14 working days we will investigate its' whereabouts and resolve the issue as best we are able. Please contact us here to enquire.

Things to note about international shipping to new Zealand: 

  • You are responsible for any additional local Customs and Duties on your order. 
  • We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
  • If an order is refused by your country, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional costs incurred.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email.
