Ziporah Lifestyle will ship your order from our warehouses in either Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
Standard delivery is typically 7-10 business days after placement of your order.

In the unusual event that an ordered item becomes unavailable-or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason-we will notify you within 2 business days.

A tracking number will be forwarded to you once your order has been dispatched. Please use this number to track the progress of your order.
All orders from this site are sent via your National postal service or via a private courier Company.

Ziporah Lifestyle understands how valuable your order is and we place great importance on delivery security. Therefore, all orders require a signature upon delivery so please choose a daytime delivery address where someone is over the age of 18 years can sign for your delivery. Our couriers offer a door-to-door service. 

Couriers do not leave parcels unattended.

Ziporah Lifestyle has a flat rate delivery fee of $15 for goods being delivered anywhere in Australia.

New Zealand customers are charged a flat rate of $20 per delivery to anywhere in New Zealand.

All orders over $200 qualify for free standard delivery within Australia and New Zealand.

Ziporah Lifestyle does not anticipate any import duties or charges to our Australian customers as we warehouse and dispatch directly from Sydney or Melbourne.

Additional charges are the responsibility of the delivery recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be.
